- Retainer / Dedicated Staff package cancellation requires 30 day’s notice period
- Cancellation requests for services under promotional offers are not accepted.
- Cancellation requests for domain name registration and transfer are not accepted.
- Failure to make the next payment within 10 working days automatically cancels the service agreement.
- Fees are non-refundable upon project cancellation.
Refund Policy:
- Refund terms vary by service.
- Refunds deduct the amount for completed work.
- Administrative or installation fees are non-refundable.
- Taxes paid to regulatory bodies are non-refundable.
- Violations of policy terms nullify refund eligibility.
